Southern Trace Rehab & Care Center is proud to announce that it has been recognized as a 2025 recipient of the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). This national distinction honors long-term care and senior living providers that demonstrate a strong foundation for delivering quality care.
The Bronze Award is the first of three progressive levels in the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program. Facilities are evaluated based on their ability to assess their organization’s mission, vision, and key strengths, and to demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of residents and staff through quality-focused initiatives.
“This award is a testament to the hard work, compassion, and dedication of every team member at Southern Trace,” said Nancy Brown, Administrator of Southern Trace Rehab & Care Center. “We are committed to providing high-quality care and are proud to be recognized on a national level for our efforts.”
By achieving the Bronze Award, Southern Trace has demonstrated its commitment to quality improvement and will now be eligible to advance to the Silver Achievement in Quality Award.
Southern Trace Rehab & Care Center looks forward to continuing its journey toward excellence by pursuing the Silver Award next year.
